Adding garlic, olive oil and thinly sliced shallots make this presentation mouth-watering. Eat more green veggies!
bag of precut green beans, trim edges if needed
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 shallots, thinly sliced rings
salt & pepper
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
Line green beans in rows on baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over, slightly toss to cover if needed. Add dabs of minced garlic. Place rings of shallots in random areas over top.
Sprinkle salt and freshly ground pepper.
Cook for 20 minutes or until green beans start to look shriveled.
